I bought two batteries and one of them no longer charges after only 5 months. The light stays green. I tried a identical power supply that I know works and it will not charge. I've contacted product support and am awaiting a reply. I will update my product support experience here. So far its not good to have the product fail in only 5 months... as of now 1 star do not recommendEdit: Customer service responded and indicated a faulty fuse. They were correct. Turned out to be a blown 10 amp automotive fuse that I was able to replace. Battery is charging again. I would give it 5 stars, but the rack rattles a bit. 4 starsBattery is good
